Refund and Cancellation
Cancellation and Refund Policy
HUMAN BIOGENESIS PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to helping its customers as much as possible and therefore has established a liberal cancellation policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, please note that cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors or merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
Non-Cancellable Items
HUMAN BIOGENESIS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, such as flowers or food products. However, a refund or replacement can be arranged if the customer can demonstrate that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items, please report this to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained only after the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue on their end. It is important to report such issues within 7 days of receiving the products.
Discrepancies with Received Products
In the event that you feel the product received does not match what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must inform our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Warranty Claims
For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
In cases where refunds are approved by HUMAN BIOGENESIS PRIVATE LIMITED, please allow 6-8 days for the refund to be processed back to the customer.
